The CCC is a foundational digital literacy qualification and a mandatory requirement for various entry-level government jobs across several states, including Uttar Pradesh.<\/p>\r\n    <p>The course was inaugurated by Dr D.K. Mishra, Director, NIELIT, Gorakhpur and was attended by Mr. Rajneesh Asthana, Additional Director, NIELIT, Lucknow and Mr. Sandeep Kumar Ahlawat, Sc.
