Role and responsibilities of Volunteers (Field Executives)
Minimum Qualifications: 12th pass. The personnel with higher education, flair and experience in similar role shall be preferred.
- • Mobilisation of unemployed youth(candidate) from the underprivileged, marginalized and economically weaker section of the society for the “COURSE ON COMPUTER COURSES(CCC)” and other training programs as per the instructions from “ASF” officials
- • Registration including enrollment of unemployed youth(candidate) from the underprivileged, marginalized and economically weaker section of the society on “NIELIT “ portal for “ COURSE ON COMPUTER CONCEPTS(CCC)” including payment of the prescribed Examination fees (including GST, if any) by the candidate
- • Registration of eligible “NIELIT” registered candidates on the website of “ASF” under self login
- • Capturing of the photographs/videos of the trainees(candidates) during the training program and forwarding it to the concerned officials of “ASF” for the “ASF” website/social media page
- • Uploading of the candidate-wise Skill Assessment Report(SAR) as received from the concerned NIELIT centre on “ASF” website
- • Mobilise the trained candidates for the theory examination(online) on “NIELIT” portal
- • Uploading of the certificate on “ASF” portal after it is generated on “NIELIT” portal
- • Communicate with the candidates about the training programs as per the instructions from “ASF” officials
- • Ensure that the candidates request for the re-imbursement of prescribed NIELIT exam fees from “ASF”
- • Raising the donation (strictly no cash) from general public for the activities of “ASF” including through social media as per the instructions from “ASF” officials
Registration Details
1. Upload a clear selfie.
2. Upload a valid government-issued ID such as Aadhar, Passport, Driver’s License, or Voter ID showing your name and address.
3. Upload the first page of your bank passbook or a recent bank statement clearly
showing the bank account number, name of the bank and IFSC code.
4. Upload the certificate of your highest educational qualification, including the year of acquisition in YYYY format.

Remuneration Details
(a)
Payment of the remuneration as per the details given below shall be transferred directly to the KYC complied bank account of the Volunteer (Field Executive) by “ASF” within 7 days of generation of Skill Assessment Report (SAR) for the assessed candidates. For payment purpose, a minimum of 25 candidates shall be considered at a time.:-
Remuneration (INR)
- Registration of 1 to 50 candidates : 50 per candidate
- Registration of 51 to 200 candidates: 75 per candidate
- Registration of 201 onwards candidates :100 per candidate
Additional 150 for the training, assessment and certification per candidate
(b)
An additional remuneration of INR 500 per candidate for guiding and supporting the eligible candidates for preparing Resume/CV, registration including co-ordination for the interviews/selection through Job Fairs/Employment Exchange/Agencies etc. for the employment purpose.
This amount shall be transferred directly to the bank account of the concerned Field Executive after the verification of the Offer letter received by the candidate.
