Role and responsibilities of Volunteers (Field Executives)
Minimum Qualifications: 12th pass. The personnel with higher education, flair and experience in similar role shall be preferred.
- • Mobilisation of unemployed youth(candidate) from the underprivileged, marginalized and economically weaker section of the society for the high demand courses/ NCVET approved Job roles as per the instructions from “ASF” officials
- • Registration of unemployed youth(candidate) from the underprivileged, marginalized and economically weaker section of the society on the website of “ASF” under self login
- • Registration of “ASF” registered candidate on the website of the Training Centre/institute including payment of the prescribed registration fees (including GST, if any) by the candidate
- • Ensuring the payment of the prescribed initial training fees by the candidate directly to the designated training center/institute
- • Capturing of the photographs/video of the trainees(candidates) during the training, assessment and forwarding it to the concerned officials of “ASF” for the “ASF” website/social media page
- • Uploading of the candidate-wise practical(skill) training data as received from the concerned designated training center/institute on “ASF” website
- • Uploading of the certificate on “ASF” portal after it is generated by the concerned training center/institute
- • Communicate with the candidates about the training programs as per the instructions from “ASF” officials
Registration Details
1. Upload a clear selfie.
2. Upload a valid government-issued ID such as Aadhar, Passport, Driver’s License, or Voter ID showing your name and address.
3. Upload the first page of your bank passbook or a recent bank statement clearly
showing the bank account number, name of the bank and IFSC code.
4. Upload the certificate of your highest educational qualification, including the year of acquisition in YYYY format.

Remuneration Details
Payment of the remuneration as per the following table directly to the KYC complied bank account of the Volunteer (Field Executive) by “ASF” within 10 days of generation of “ASF” and the designated training center/institute combined certificate for the trained candidate. For payment purpose, a minimum of 30 candidates shall be considered at a time.:-
Remuneration (INR)
- Registration of 1 to 50 candidates : 50 per candidate
- Registration of 51 to 200 candidates: 75 per candidate
- Registration of 201 onwards candidates :100 per candidate
Additional 450 after completion of the training, assessment, certification and placement per candidate
